Happening on the ground, in the far away now of local places, authentic artistry is to be found.  Weekly in summer, for nine years, martin rainbowmaker has visited an historical, stately home in Bantry, to play the grand piano.  Here myriad travellers from around the globe have stepped into the ambient moment of his spontaneous sound.
martin studied Fine Art from school, trained as an artist and entered the graphic profession.  Visual creation has been consistent with a constant call to his tangible expression of talk in textured contrasts of colour, shape, light, dark and form.  His painting, 'dawning of eden' adorns the jacket of a 2011 'eco music factory' audio CD, 'eden fields'.  This compilation presents some of the many songs written by martin as the unravelling of his personal story, in legendary-type tales of circumstance, told of him presenting and performing perchance, in Europe and then throughout a sensitive sojourn of residence in The Isles.
The music of 'eden fields' is contemporary with the style of singer, song-writer.  Tunes to the strum of acoustic guitar, in voice pensive but persuasive, Martin reciprocates an Earth embrace and celebrates the roots shared between ancient Europan and universal, native indigenous tradition.  The bàrdic lyric affirms a sacred walk of life and insists that "the time is now due to perceive what is true".
Just in at 'eco music factory', an on-site, location recording of grand piano.  In the naw'o'emf studio, production of this live take anticipates the forthcoming release of sounding by martin rainbowmaker.
