Planet immune response activates.
Avoid TV, newspapers, ( sticks burn longer).
Avoid tap water. ( well water not unwell water).
Bottled? ( black tea purges BPA poison in plastics).
Grow food. (it grows itself). PLANT A POTATO FOR PEACE.
No garden? USE A BUCKET. FOOD IS FREEdom.
PLANT ONE, GET TWENTY FREE!
Ingest 'global-radiation purgatives', not sweets.
e.g.~ Seaweed, ( kelp is at hand), or failing the ocean,
Spirulina. Chlorella. Magnesium. Vit. C, Vit. D3, Turmeric, Rosemary.
Breathe through the nose, ( it's a bio-compatible O/CO2 balancer).
'Believe' nothing. truth is self-evident knowing.
Unite. Avoid 'poisoners,' cultivate 'nourishers,' = community.

Be SUPERhumans ( minus 'ego'). You're a mystery and miracle of uncharted potential. The more of it you manifest the more you are.
